Sylva Dakessian: Samovar
I want to tell you about all the tea
I have been drinking lately—it is good
with cream and honey. You will say
I am spoiled, yet
you know nothing of water, of tea leaves,
of cows or bees. They come to me
with their lives and I put them together.
It is against loneliness
and it warms my belly.
